On 24 th February 2013 Babu,Gayathri,Karun ,Myself and Prema visited the famous Nandhi hills situated near Bangalore about 70 kms. Babu took us by his car Ford figo. It was his first drive to a hilly area with lot of curves and and an elevation of about 2000 ft. It was nice to spend a day in a deep vegetation far from the madding crowd.The area was full of monkeys and providing lot of fun and keep the visitors more vigilant and active for ever. There is a siva temple to be visited and worshiped. Karnataka tourism department is running full fledged hotel with rooms and restaurant, the food is available at reasonable rate and the taste is also quite acceptable.The visit was quite remember able one.
