First week end tour

After reaching my son's house at Asperg we had a surprise and pleasant welcome celebration. As my birth day was 0n 31 st May my son and daughter-in-law had kept ready to cut my birth day cake at their residence. (02.06.12)The same was celebrated in the presence of their house owner Mr.Berket.
   
    First week end Tour was arranged from 6.6.2012 to 09.06.2012 to the following places Mainau Island Konstanz Sea life,Schaff Hausen- Rhein falls (Rhein River)Titisee,Schluchsee lake view,Titisee lake view.We started our journey on 6 th morning around 6.00 am by train.Train journies  were really enjoyable.Certainly we need someone's help to board the train at the beginning as many things operated automatically right from issuing of tickets to reach the concerned platforms. One can easily alight from the train safely as destination  and the place of next halt were neatly displayed as well as announced inside the bogie and also perfect timing  was maintained both for departure and arrival.Once well versed with the above routines one can easily undertake train journeys in and around Germany.

        With all these precautions we boarded wrongly a train which goes exactly opposite to our destination.The mistake was rightly pointed out by the ticket examiner and then the same was corrected by appropriate manner.This incident helped us to take extra care in our subsequent journeys.Due to this we reached around 12.00 hrs to Konstanz.station. Then we reached Mainau Island by Bus.This island can be accessed by large boats also..This Island is surrounded by Bodenslee lake and the lake was shared by five or six nations from their border area.And each country have their own independent lake oriented tourism program to attract tourists.Mainau Island has been developed as big floral garden with lot of flowering and non flowering species grown in aesthetic way to present them to the pleasing views of the tourists.It can be compared to some of our botanical gardens like Lal baugh, Cumban baugh, ooty botanical garden.We took the boat (Looks like small ship) journey  to reach konstanz Around 7.00 pm we reached Titisee by train for our stay. We were received by the guest house owner. We had a nice stay for three days in the same guest house.Let me continue further in my next post.
