Dear friends as you all aware that three of our senior members participated in the Veteran's Atheletic meet at Abdul Rehman College ground, Vandalur, Chennai on 11.03.2012.Shri.R.Rajakumaran bagged second and third position in 5000m and 800m running events, S/shri.R.Pitchaiyappan and G.Rajagopalan reached fourth position in their respective events. All of them are likely to participate at Bangalore meet during the month of June 2012.CCWWC extend its HEARTY CONGRATULATION to the successful participants. Our member shri.Etachi Balakrishnan served as Co-ordinator for the entire Kumbakonam participants.We extend our sincere thanks to him for his commendable job.In order to felicitate our successful participants CCWWC had arranged a function on 15.03.12 at college campus ground around 8.00a.m after our regular walk. All the three of them were honoured by presenting mementos. Shri.T.S.Balasubramanian , Secretary welcomed the gathering, shri.Ilancheran gave the felicitation address, shri.Ravidran gave vote of thanks to one and all and special thanks to shri.R.Muthukrishnan,Joint secretary.After morning tea party the function came to an end.
